William P. Warren, MD, FACC
Dr. William P. Warren has special training in non-invasive diagnostic studies of echocardiography, nuclear medicine and Cardiac CT. He joined The Chattanooga Heart Institute from his faculty position at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, where he was named Teacher of the Year and received the American College of Cardiology Merck Fellowship Award. He graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey.
Dr. Warren earned his doctor of medicine degree at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed his internal medicine internship and residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He completed a cardiology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
He has been published in the American College of Cardiology Current Journal Review, Journal of Infectious Diseases, Journal of Clinical Microbiology, and Clinical Research. Dr. Warren has participated in numerous research studies.
Dr. Warren is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Warren is the Chief of Cardiology at Memorial Hospital.
