Medicare Participants – Choosing A Plan For 2019

October 15 – December 7 is when ALL people with Medicare can change their Medicare health plan and prescription drug coverage for 2019.  If you wish to continue seeing your physician at Chattanooga Heart, please consider the following when choosing a plan. The ONLY Medicare Advantage plans accepted by Chattanooga Heart are:  Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO, Bluechoice Medicare Advantage HMO, HealthSpring Medicare Advantage and Humana Medicare Advantage.
