United Healthcare Agreement Reached with The Chattanooga Heart Institute, CHI Memorial Health Care System

UNITED HEALTHCARE AGREEMENT REACHED with The Chattanooga Heart Institute and CHI Memorial. CHI Memorial Health Care System and UnitedHealthcare have reached a new agreement for commercial health plans. This gives UnitedHealthcare employer-sponsored and individual members in-network access to care at CHI Memorial Hospital, CHI Memorial Hospital Hixson, The Chattanooga Heart Institute physicians, CHI Memorial Ooltewah Imaging Center, CHI Memorial Medical Group physicians, EMS, CHI Memorial Health at Home, the Rees Skillern Cancer Institute, and the MaryEllen Locher Breast Center. This agreement is effective immediately and retroactive to November 1, 2016.
Please be aware when choosing an ADVANTAGE plan that we will not be participating in UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare Advantage network after Dec. 31, 2016.
